Started in 2013, Saucisson’s mission is to provide unique and hard-to-find products. From hand-cured meats to specially spiced sausages, Saucisson supports local family farms that are humane and hormone-free. We are committed to bringing you the highest quality meats, building our community & giving you excellent service.
Behind the name lies a true passion for the art of sausage making and a boutique butchery experience for the modern carnivore.
In January 2021 Penny returned to her first love, Cooking. Having helped build The Lady Butcher Empire, leaving proud returning to the kitchen. A friendship that started many moons ago, produced one of the best butcher shops in the country (says food & wine magazine). Now celebrating and supporting one another from afar, Melissa maintains the helm of Saucisson & Penny has migrated back out west, taking a role with Marriott International as Destination Restaurant Chef at Tia Carmen in Phoenix.
