Not only can we make great sausages & charcuterie items, but we can tailor a menu to your tastes and your budget. We still hold true to our core beliefs of sourcing locally and will ensure that you have the highest quality locally raised meats at your next celebration or function.

We are capable of all sorts of catering events. We have done small office parties, private dinners for 5 up to 250, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Hog Roasts, Charcuterie Board Drop Offs, Taco or Nacho Bars, Pulled Pork or Smoked Brisket Buffets as well as Plated Multi Course Dinners.
